We currently have three full time veterinarians on staff to meet patient needs. Our customer service representatives are always available to schedule appointments on our computerized system, for most of the services offered at our clinic. Surgical procedures should be scheduled through your doctor's technician.

We ask that you call before you come so that we can provide you with the ample amount of time that is needed for you and your pets. One of the customer service representatives will most likely call to confirm your scheduled visit on the day prior to your appointment.

Our patients are seen in the following order: emergencies, appointments, and then walk-ins. We appreciate your understanding that emergency patients may disrupt our appointment schedule at times, and if the wait is not appropriate for you at the time, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

Appointments can be made with any of our customer service representatives by calling (316) 722-1085. Another option that we provide in order to meet your time needs is drop offs. Owners may call ahead to arrange dropping off their pets and letting us take care of them and then having the owner return later in the day to pick them up. We will allow this for most procedures, but we appreciate prior arrangements for this so we may plan ahead.
