SERVICES > Boarding

We realize that there's no place like home, but when you must leave your pet for a short or extended period of time, the doctors and staff at Bogue Animal Hospital West will do their best to offer comfortable accommodations for your furry friend. We will try to place your pet into the most appropriate boarding space according to his/her size, personality, and behavioral needs for the safety and well-being of both pet and kennel caretaker.

You may make boarding reservation requests online by using our boarding request form or call the clinic at (316) 722-1085 and our customer service staff would be happy to schedule your reservation.

We have available the following accommodations:

CAT WARD
DOG WARD Brown Bar

CAT WARD
An individual area with 12 stainless steel cages complete with rubber mats and litter pans (cleaned & changed daily). The felines have the "room with a view," as there's a big window from which they can view the outside world. Depending upon the population and temperament, one cat at a time is allowed to "roam" the room during the day. We offer Hill's Science Diet adult feline with no additional charge or you may bring your own for special needs or "finicky" eaters. Feel free to leave special blankets or toys for your kitties, to make them feel more at home. We always appreciate it if these items are clearly labeled with your pets name and last name before leaving them at our facility.

BOARDING VACCINATION PROTOCOL
Proof of vaccination must be on file prior to time of check-in. Please make sure that we have current documentation. We would be happy to call your regular veterinarian if you are a new client or only use our facility for boarding services. If your pet is due for vaccines, we would be happy to administer them upon arrival.

FELINES
RABIES- All feline boarders must be current within the last year or three years on Rabies (depending on your veterinarian's recommendation).
DISTEMPER- A feline distemper vaccine must have been administered within the last year.
Should the doctor discover any type of upper respiratory infection or medical problem during your pets stay, you will be charged for a physical examination and any ancillary medications and/or treatments needed to make your cats stay safe and healthier
